The Process
1. Plan your event in advance.
2.Read the Safe Sanctuary Policies for both our Conference and Local Church.
3.Complete the request Document and submit by attaching to an email, or having it delivered to the church
4.Wait 4 days to be contacted.by the designated church officer. That contact will advise you of next steps.
4. If approved, a date to sign all required documents and receive a deposit will be set.
5. Enjoy your event!

Centenary UMC Safe Sanctuary Policy Acknowledgement
This form must be signed by all group utilizing Centenary United Methodist Church property.
Shared Use Agreement
With approval granted for use of Centenary UMC property you, your group, or organization may be asked to sign a shared use agreement. The document will be similar to the attachment.
